I like the fact that Thomas Hargis, ENTI's current CEO has obviously worked with PTEL's current CEO to properly resolve the musicmatrix sale, cancellation of same, and return of shares to ENTI.
Glad to have PTEL's new owner/CEO take PTEL's stock over. Can't ascribe the questionable actions of PTEL's or ENTI's prior CEO/management to the new teams. PTEL's current CEO, Jerry Gruenbaum, Esquire has an impressive resume. It stands to reason that a SEC attorney would be on top of uncovering and correcting any misuse of prior management's corporate actions.
For Thomas Hargis to have a working relationship with said team bodes well for ENTI's progress and endeavors to bring ENTI to a favorable position with the market and ultimately improve shareholder value. Furthermore, it is a strong indicator that Thomas Hargis is interested in bring integrity to this security.
If there have been any iniquitous actions on the part of prior management/CEO/financiers/partners with PTEL and/or ENTI, I would think there would be a great deal of nervousness from said prior individuals that any indictable actions are being investigated and reported to SEC for proper actions.
Cj. The shares were returned so how the heck could they have been sold into the market? Lol Wow it's scary the misinformation that is presented here as fact. A standing CEO can not sell any shares into the market until afte they have resigned. I believe at that point it is three months post resignation at which time they can sell only a small percentage of the current outstanding every three months And THAT'S IF THEY ARE NOt RESTRICTED shares WHICH IN MOST CASES THEY ARE. This info is readily available online by the way if a person took the time to research versus just speculating what they think with non facts. I expect more from a board moderator.
One more thing I have checked numerous times with malou at pacific as recently as last week and the shares held by the former CEO have not changed which means he never sold anything in either company. Obviously that's hard to accept by most here but it is what it is.
Now that brings up a more important discussion for those of us that have a brain. Who holds control of Enti? Has anyone seen docs stating that Hargis has shares in this company? I haven't found anything. Anyone????
