I called the OTC and talked to the person directly in charge of the MDGC filings. The reason for the Scull and Crossbones was because MDGC did not get there financials in on time. As soon as they are filed the scull and crossbones will come off.
The suspicious trading of MDGC stock that resulted in a caveat emptor
not accurate and misleading...several people have spoken to OTC markets (myself) and this issue is mainly due to delay in the financials being posted. nothing else.
