Just made that up, no idea if it's even an acronym or not. My take is that PEEPs are people that visit different boards that are heavy with action either good or bad and feed into for their own personal money/trading interests. Bash = Buy Pump = Dump.
What ever works I guess because it appears easy to do with pennies.
