HIM, Jeff stated in the STT interview that the TA was gagged. I brought this up in post #39616 as well.

I've learned that there's nothing like a 3rd party confirmation when easing doubts people may have about dilution.

My hopes are high with this company, but I think we all agree that lots of bizarre stuff has been going on with the PPS. I honestly do not believe it is the company's fault, but if we want the 'whales' here to get behind this, and IMO we will need them for this to get to .10, getting the TA transparent is a good step in the right direction and one less bullet for the bears.

I'm sure Jeff has a good reason for this anyway. This guy has done more in the past month to support shareholders than I think most big board CEO's do all year.
