Fiscal year end was Dec. 31, 2011. As a small reporting company, they have 90 days to file the 10K. Because they failed to file on time, they filed the NT-10K. After they file the NT-10K, they have 15 calendar days to file the 10K. Not too complicated - bottom line is they are OVERDUE.
