...according to today’s PR (#msg-75150121), M402 has started a phase-1/2 trial in pancreatic cancer.


Is a proof-of-concept trial (which I understand this to be) something sanctioned/controlled/required by the FDA, or is it simply an investigative procedure for the company to decide whether or not to move forward?

Competition for M402?

PCYC's Factor VIIa inhibitor for Pancreatic cancer. It may be entirely coincidence, but it is interesting that it is also a clotting actor being used in pancreatic cancer.
