I'm refering to the statement by MIN$ MARS$. And from what I read seemed like they were working with him for a period of time. Seems like that may of been before restriction IMO
HIM- I found something and M*M it appears did have them as a new client back in Feb 2010 - isn't this the time he was ill and not working.
