As much as I dislike Raygun and Bush41 we did not arm Bin Laden. We had very little direct contact with Bin Laden during the Soviet / Afghan conflict. He did not do much fighting but was more a behind the scenes money man. He did not become our enemy until Bush41 left 5,000 troops on Saudi soil. He did not say go to his attack of the WTC until we threaten the Taliban with a carpet of bombs. Anyone who doubts Bush43 actions did not create the environment for the WTC attack is burying their head in the sand. Why do you think he has been thwarting the open investigation of what led up to 9-11. Heck Cheney would then have to release his meeting to them or fear total humiliation and embarrassment.
