I’ve found IHUB’s COB concept to be exactly just the right amount of community building involvement while still leaving final say so with the site's management. I also like the fact that even a chairman has to walk a tight line in implementing his/her powers or risk loss of chairmanship.

This makes for a peaceful focused atmosphere IMO.
