Investors should always know the risks involved with trading promos and learn to take profits when they exist.
Before even considering an investment from a Penny Stock Promoter you should know how long they typically support the pick and know when the window for taking profits exist. The one-day promos, in my opinion, should be avoided at all costs. Penney Stock Promoter "Awesome Penny Stocks" has historically had about a 3 week window but lately that has increased to 6 weeks, However!! I would not extend that window from 3 to 6 weeks unless they announce support for an extended period.
If you not have the discipline to take profits and cannot control the "greed" instinct you should stay away from Penny Stocks.
