What is the strategy to work around the AMGN patent, IYO?

I do think the chance of bypassing Vpriv EU exclusivity is there, not guranteed but there is a chance. I know CHMP monthly review schedule, don't know COMP review schedule.

I think PRX102 for Fabry IND this qtr is more important at this point.
