#246 RE: veni vidi vici #245

I agree (mostly) with what each of you are saying, but in my opinion the problem is with our government because they notoriously move slowly. Frank Reynolds can do little to change that. What he can do is assemble a dream team and a winning plan. As of this year, I believe this has taken place. And with the HDE pathway, I think finally the company can move forward. I'm fine with the road shows because NVIV is very under the radar and could use more publicity. At $2.30 on 5/2/12 in my opinion NVIV is trading at least 50 cents lower than where is should and could trade right now.

Veni - are we following different companies? In 2009,Invivo was still actively carrying out primate studies. Their FDA app went in in July 2011 and contact with the fda this year indicates they are on track to begin human trials in second half 2012. Not sure what you think they can execute faster? They created a novel product with pipeline, spent the years required to substantiate proof of concept, then did proving on rodents, moved to primates, secured manufacturing facility, secured and expanded their patents, secured financing, secured surgical facilities for the human studies, hired the team to bring product to market...they have been steadily and continuously doing what they need to do to successfully launch their technology. Their product is a game changer and they have worked so steadily to reach this point. Now the pace will be set by the fda - but when they get the green light they are ready to go.
