How is today's PR not huge the tightening of the A/S is a big deal, it also reduces the market cap, go higher damnit

It is becoming more and more evident to me that it may take a little more than one big PR. There needs to be some sort of strategic multi step plan to shake this dead weight. I don't know exactly what that is though. We need to get them out and have the new money NEED to buy at the ask.
