NOthing about this company is SCAM...let's be clear about this...Eric is as hardworking and smart as any A list CEO out there and the company has made huge strides in product awareness and making a strong client base.
They are just running on a continued bad luck phase that is bringing their stock price down due to lack of day to day funds availability
I did some reading on the company and per their astro stars, if they can get funding in place before 06/11/12, they may have a shot at getting out of this trouble for good.
