1) Secure financing! I don't think it takes as long as he is demonstrating. This should have been a top agenda item over the last 6 months - not when the share price is down to .0002.
2) I suggested to him and offered to work out all the details for a Groupon and Amazon promotion. This would get the 1000+ name out to 220 million aggregate - not a couple of people in a hardware store, etc... To me this would be much more effective than any type of infomercial and there are no up front advertising costs. Groupon only takes 50% of any sales. If there are no sales, Groupon takes nothing. Yet, the name has still been sent out to 60 million Groupon subscribers. To me this should have been initiated yesterday. We need exposure!
