As always, I appreciate the swiftness and openess of the response. I know Eric is not a liberty to address much, if any, of the negotiations taking place. I, in all honesty, however, would be pleasantly surprised to see this in place by the end of May, but I don't know how possible/pratical that is. Good luck.

Like I said, there is no sense of urgency on his part and he states that in the name of shareholder interests! As I see it, we have no shareholder interests left and he should act immediately to regain a sense of shareholder hope (if anything). This blog did not help me in any way feel that there is hope. Nothing concrete, just a casual "we are actively pursuing" kind of message. I just don't understand this at all. The only thing that I can think of is that we're tanking and he just doesn't want to tell the world just yet or he lied and is getting ready to RS. I like Eric but I hate his lack of attention to the shareholders.

In other words, it doesn't look like he will meet the 2012 date. Maybe 2013.
