Bingo...The second and third paragraphs are exactly what got me excited about this article when I first posted it last week.

I seriously doubt these folks (online article writers and lawyers) are making this stuff up about BFHJ applying for the INTERACTIVE GAMING license.

What would be a great question for the company to answer would be are they applying for the OPERATORS OF INTERACTIVE GAMING only license (NRS 463.765) or which one of the below Interactive Gaming License types they or their JV partner are applying for????

NGC-19O Operator of Interactive Gaming License
NGC-19M Manufacturer of Interactive Gaming Systems License
NGC-19A Manufacturer of Equipment Associated With Interactive Gaming License
NGC-19P Interactive Gaming Service Provider License

These answers we seek will be the catalyst for any run we have.

Tick tock.....

Sorry for double post....slow computer connection today...ha ha
GO BFHJ.

Some memory lane stuff for folks here...This is the PR that started it all off for me.

TBIRD actually executed their poison pill issuance of common stock to defend against the takeover offer from BFHJ but yet in public they tried to act like the buyout offer was not legitimate etc.
