I tend to disagree and have shown stocks where that does not apply. But I love your technical analysis.

It works 99% of the time and you make good money on it..

We are dealing with a stock that defies the whole penny scene. $ICPA is NOT reacting like a typical penny stock because maybe it doesn't deserve to be a typical penny stock!
