That response seems odd as it has been verified from a few 3rd party sources(independent sources), is it possible they used a different name when they applied such as the company they are going domestic with in the US since the negotions have finished per last PR? Just a thought. Will try and call a bit later when i et a free moment to see what they tell me.

Would like to hear any confirmations from anyone else on this board or other thoughts?

1. Sally didnt look it up under the full title .
2. It was applied for under a new version of the name.
3. Its filed under the name of the company that is sponsoring them (jv) . Due to the fact a bussines from Nica can not aply for a gaming license in NV.

Their is probably one good explanation > They probably applied under a shell company name > They probably will not share this info until they are ready.........
