As far as I am concerned although I feel they are committed to reporting by end of day today, they must report my tomorrow.

If we hear nothing by end of week , Friday , all bets are off. This mountain will come tumbling.

Just recieved an email from Dr. Newman:

Today we will be posting the material required for us to be fully compliant with the OTC rules. That is the final hurdle before finalizing the merger with Amero International which we expect to do later in the week.

There will be an appropriate news release comming out at that time.
