Using logic and commonsense, I would weigh their liabilities and short term debts versus assets and earnings. that would give me a good idea of the likelihood of issuance of shares.
I appreciate your being cautionary but I find that you seem to make a lot of conjecture and references to shady dealings as if the CEOs were being secretive about their dealings when actually, its all out in the open and reported on their filings.
Frankly, if I were to see as many red flags as you seem to see, I would have hit the sell button already by now.
Out of curiosity, what's making you hold onto your shares when you seem to think this company is corrupt?
