All I can say, is that judging from their filings, they gave fair warning they may have to issue shares to raise capital so I can't subscribe to the "giving themselves super secret shares" and furthermore, the bonus plan is contingent on revenue - the more revenue, the bigger their bonuses although Mike just pointed out they've amended in their corporate iniatives report.

Let's not forgot the party like a rock star spending. Another mill easy.......; ) but they do deserve it, revenues are high.....
