I just took a look at DJI and compared it to German/France indices as well as gold/silver. The market is going into consolidation before making another new 52wk high. For the market to do that, it has to mean economy is turning for the better. Precursor for that would be property value going higher. It's always followed this trend, properties increase in value FIRST followed by DJI going one leg up.USNL is in the right sector for this coming month. Imagine a buyout at $7-10. Imagine what that would be like...beats everything everyone was chasing these past few months LOL.
