mgrego, thanks and sorry about the McG. I thought the same thing about that PR when I first read it, NIH probably had numerous companies vying for their business, SNDY may have been one of several selected. Turns out it was just them, although at that time I believe Acueity was either a partner of SNDY or selling key pieces independently. I didn't mention this, but I asked Dr. Danforth about Acueity, he said he thought they shared staff early on, but they've been out of business for several years and Solos now provides all components.

I started flipping this and made some nice money, but I am holding for long term gains now. I may consider selling some when it hits a buck or two.

Incredible-- "The fact that Solos technology has been used at the NIH for 6-8 years is very telling information. I must say I am shocked to hear this. In techological adoption, government research institutions are often one of the first to adopt cutting edge technology. I have mentioned before technological adoption in the medical device industry is often slow. You often see a "lag period" between the time of early adoptors and more widespread adoption (which is often exponential). The company touting future growth may be coinciding with the end of this lag period. We should begin to see an increased focus in sales and marketing by the company. "
