I_Invest, I never liked how Moro retained his own company to do all the work for BioCurex. That should have been a huge red flag for me much earlier, but like you, I ignored that believing in Moro.
Then when he gave himself a free unlimited license to all aspects of RECAF in 2009, that was the MAJOR red flag as to his intentions. Taking the website "oncopetdiagnostics.com" in his own name is just another hint as to his intention. He took "oncopetdiagnostics.net" in BioCurex's name.
You can see that nothing needs to change at all when BioCurex goes chapter 7. All the profits from any aspect of RECAF at that time would then flow directly to Pacific BioSciences with no changes at all because Pacific BioSciences would continue to be the source of all products.
Another red flag is all the amended 10K's Moro is making right now where he is removing all the false information from them and adding more clarifications about RECAF and the business. It would appear he is attempting to make it more difficult to be sued.
