Krays, this is an amazing piece of DD and is 100% validation for my back of the envelope calculations from NEOM's SEC filings. This shows that all of YA's debentures are convertible at an average price of $.0067 into 6.565 billion shares as of 3/23/12. This worksheet only shows the debentures and excludes about $6.5 million of preferred stock. Using that same average conversion price, the preferred would add another .970 billion to fully-diluted shares.
Total shares currently issued of .985 billion plus fully-diluted shares above gets a grand total of 8.5 billion. Holy Mother of God!
Krays, I realize you are not responding but this is the best thing I have seen yet. Pop, I know you don't get it but this is amazing validation that YA's dilution machine is even worse.
One final bit of DD on my part was to compare the spreadsheet in Krays post to exhibit 10.6 of the 8-K filed by NEOM on 3/27/12. The principal and accrued interest balances match exactly.
