I used the average fuel weight / ratios from a 6 month period as shown in the engineers report. If a 6 month sampling is not indicative of typical / average fuel weights, what would be?
Do you expect some new sort of plastic to be added to the waste stream that would result in a meaningful / significant change to the type-weights of fuels produced?
The majority of information available from the company filings and engineer's reports, clearly shows actual achieved conversion rate is not anywhere near the claimed 86%.
The company can very easlity clear this up. They should know the pounds of plastic that has been fed into the machine and they should also know the gallons and type of fuel produced. If the magic catalyst and 'proprietary' technology in the machines works as claimed why won't the company release the figures?
Heck, they could even cherry pick the most productive period and announce that. With the SEC breathing down their neck, they know that anything that they say will be reviewed so they don't say anything at all. If they tell the truth, they blow a hole in thier previous claims. Their silence is very telling.
