I completely agree with Krays math on the average conversion price during 2012. This was the average, but as of today the conversion price is $.00703 at the high end and about $.006 as JP points out on the low end. As disclosed on page 46 of the 10-K, the discount applied to compute the anti-dilution adjusted prices range from 80% to 95% and that is why the current range is $.006 to $.0703.
