Looks like someone dumped yesterday at the end of the day. Not a small holder either. Some 400k shares. I wonder if it was some impatient individual shareholder or maybe an insider that knows something. I'm wondering if there is something wrong with the EPA results. Maybe time to bail. Hmmmmm
this dirt deal is only a step. Look into Williams on the geco board and check facts out and you may find out relationship to the refinery business. He maybe behind part of the EPA approval for the polluted water in the oil business.
