Agree YA did not dilute 6.5 billion last week but they have the ability to convert at least 7 billion in futre. You hit the nail on the head that the price would evaporate completely if they dumped that many shares so they have been converting at a nice steady rate of about 110 million per month over the past 5 months.
Of course RS will be needed to ultimately convert the maximum.
