"nobody is going to be selling at .0026" Somebody already has, and while I agree that the spread will tighten considerably, if better bids do not appear, you'll still see volume in the millions by the end of the day. The sellers will take whatever they can get (which a serious analyzer of facts would call "a clue"), unless they are on the verge of releasing more hyped-up "news".
