no i dont think it was that...its just their timing was off.. im about 85-90 percent sure that MM CSTI is TD bank in canada for this particular stock.. you have to call in for those orders over the phone lol... no exceptions.. they must have guessed if they called at 925 they would have gotten thru, but no it takes longer then that :)
