It was on the agenda for the April 10th meeting (Planning and Zoning Commission of San Luis). They spoke about the possibility of rezoning the property from rural to Heavy Industrial, and they said they would consider voting on it. No agenda for any zoning meeting for May.
We will know more come the 12th, when they hold another meeting on the 11th of May.
