I want to maintain my sharevalue in CFGIA--so do I have legit reason to comlain the DRMS etc that their delays and extensions of permiting consideration of my right as a shareholder to want to maintain my Valuable Investment and they are not helping my
"Value" at all. Legit "complaint"????? Appreciate your opinion.

Delays are by Cgi. You have no basis for a complaint.
DRMS is doing absolutely nothing insidious, personal agenda or non procedural. You have no basis for a complaint.
You chose to buy stock in Cgi, your profit or loss is your responsibility. Not Cgi's nor DRMS. You have no basis for a complaint.
Your value or 'investment' rest solely on the whim of Cgi officers and how they manage Cgi. You have no basis for a complaint.
Whereas the Cgi corporate officers can set the original stock price and influence to some degree by flooding the market, ultimately it is the stock market itself that will decide the value of your common stock-what the market will bear. Right now, CGFIA shows very little market interest as traders may not see CGFIA as being worth committing any bank to it. You have no basis for a complaint.
My opinion is you have no basis for complaints on any of your Cgi scenarios.
