HHSE has an amazing volume of releases already slated for this year. Far
more NEW titles than ever before with stellar GRevenues/NET Income Numbers:

HHSE's Output Agreements, Library Leveraging & MAJOR MOTION PICTURE ANNOUNCEMENT HERE:

February 22, 2012 - OTC HHSE Filing: (Major Feature Film Property)

Discussion of Item c). APPROVAL OF RIGHTS AND SCREENPLAY OPTION
AGREEMENT FOR MAJOR, FEATURE FILM PROPERTY
:
– Managers reviewed the
opportunity for the Company to obtain the rights to produce a major motion picture, based on an
Academy Award nominated, hit movie (although, technically not a “sequel” despite the being
from the same writer, and set in the same location, period, characters and similar circumstances).
Due to a variety of factors, including financing opportunities and the likelihood of substantial
commercial value for the project, the decision was made to proceed with a rights licensing /
option agreement, but to withhold announcement of the project specifics until a separate, highprofile forum for this news is secured

HHSE/WalMart Analysis of Reported Gross Revenues & Net Income Projections for 2012:

Q1/Q2 2012 Projected GR : $2,500,000.00 & Net: $1,400,000.00

A closer look at WalMart as it relates to HHSE Revenues here as
HHSE begin to put more product onto WalMart shelves (Walmart
being the World's Largest Retailer & with more than 50% domestic
DVD Market Share).

Starting with HHSE releases & income per year:

2010 -- Revenue $911,422
* "Twelve" -- Theatrical, Home Video
* "Racing Dreams" -- Theatrical

2011 -- Revenue: $4,319,087
* "Racing Dreams" -- Home Video
* "Turtle: The Incredible Journey" -- Theatrical
* "Boilermaker" -- Home Video
* "Boggy Creek: The Legend Is True" -- (Partial) - Home Video
* "All's Faire In Love" -- Theatrical
* "Cook County" -- Theatrical

Year --------- Year End Stock Price --------- # Film Projects --------------------- $ Revenue
2010 ------------------ .05 ---------------------------------- 3 -------------------------------- 0.9 M
2011 ------------------ .02 ---------------------------------- 6 -------------------------------- 4.3 M

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=73801398

2010 ZERO WalMart titles: HHSE Generates $911K Rev.
2011 THREE WalMart titles: HHSE Generates $4.3MM
2012 (Min) 10 WalMart titles: HHSE Generates ?$'s. 15 Titles ?$'s. 20 Titles?$'s.

2012 titles regarding WalMart sales:
[1] Turtle The Incredible Journey
[2] Twelve
[3] Boggy Creek
[4] All's Faire In Love (VOD format)
[5] Edgar Allen Poe's: Requiem For The Damned
[6] Cook County

[7] Pink Skies
[8] Humans Vs. Zombies
[9] Buried Alive
[10] Compilation Bargain Bin Multi-Pack 1
[11] Compilation Bargain Bin Multi-Pack 2
[12] Compilation Bargain Bin Multi-Pack 3

[13] Patient Zero
[14, 15, 16] Compilation Bargain Bin Multi-Packs 4-6
[17, 18, 19] Compilation Bargain Bin Multi-Packs 7-9

Titles that are already in WalMart, shipping &/or committed Q2 items per recent PR/Filings.

So, what's the math here if HHSE went from: 0 titles & $911K, to 3
titles & $4.3Million, to min10 titles by EOQ2? I wonder what the revenues
should be?

What ought the pps be this time next year with about $8-$12Million in gross revenues for FY12 :-)

NOTE: HHSE had 57 items in WalMart in 2005
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=73904011

Since Eric & Fred did the stock-swap "R/M" in Dec 2009 the company has
added titles, generated revenues, <4% dilution history & yet the pps is less
than what they paid for a Library Valuation of OVER $16,000,000.

Therefore, HHSE's current Market Cap has not reached the 2009 Film Library
Valuation (Publicly reported as certified by a highly-regarded independent
3rd-party entertainment auditor) & since 2009 HHSE has obviously added
many titles.

Most companies don't even have a product, never-mind being an APPROVED
WalMart vendor (& one of just a handful of WalMart Film Distributors).

NOTE: Used Speck's Title DD (assuming it accurate & all for the point of this discussion) here: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=73801398 (thanks Speck)

Guess it never occured to you that management probably cashed in a few shares to front the company money needed to expidite the audit.

DISAGREE...What traders think can't happen WILL ACTUALLY HAPPEN. CEO doesn't need to get paid right this minute, just as longs don't need to sell right this minute. Traders' mentality doesn't work for HHSE right this minute...traders will get their chance soon enough when the audit comes out and HHSE pps goes BALISTIC...stay tuned...btw, the only way the stock can go down now is if the manipulator keeps playing his illegal stock manipulation games...trying to create the ILLUSION of panic, but we have seen over and over again that the strategy is transparent/old/tired and nobody is falling for it...Longs are waiting and salivating for days like these to gobble up every share the manipulator wants to LOSE...

imho

Audits are carrots for pink sheet gamblers to froth over with anticipation. It does not happen.

Absolutely correct, especially w/the lowliest of lows, the pink sheeter!

Not since 2010====> it has not happened for HHSE, LMFAO!

Audit...yeah right...too funny.

The dealmaker (EP) and shifty Shefte need sumptin to prop an already over-bloated pps up for their ceremonious share departure in less than 90 days=====> and these doods are already treadin on thin water, LMFAO, once THEIR shares start converting, Eeeegads, there will be no remorse for any HHSE PPS.

Wowsa when that transpires.

Gee, I sure do love this side of the trade===>not being in it, hehehe.
