Reading this i really liked what i saw.
THIS IS BLDW's BACK YARD FOLKS!!!

A plan to retrofit 297 city buildings to reduce energy use by 30 percent. Energy savings are expected to cover the cost of the alterations within a decade

A commitment to award $3 million in federal stimulus money to commercial building owners who make improvements to their properties that cut energy use by 15 percent

In addition, the city has drawn on $23 million in stimulus money to fund several of its green initiatives

Does anyone else see what this could mean besides me?
