Then AMD has some way of enforcing such stuff that is superior to Intel's. Heck, Intel often has their engineering samples for sale on ebay before introduction, AMD never has that.
Probably nearly every single person at AMD with access to such material realizes that their job could be put in jeopardy even if they personally were not caught. I bet that Grove's famous saying is far more strongly felt at AMD now than has been at Intel for decades. ;-)
