I have that,it feels like a head rush and a near pass out,very scary. I have fallen from a ladder before after a low blood sugar attack! I am glad you are fine now, also coffee and oranges are not always a good pairing,both have high acidity,not good for the stomach,and then the sugar rush after not eating solid foods. Geesh,I am glad you are good now!

sounds to me like hypo-glycemia ("crashing down"? = very low bld sugar, i.e., < 50 mg/dl reading), a more deadly condition than hyper-glycemia (high bld sugar levels > 150s).

not an md. bld sugar readings btwn 70 -100 mg/dl are normal. balanced diet(of 5-6 "small" meals/day), exercise (gardening or short walks) & regular md check-ups verrry helpful. bn der dan dat n doin it, smiitter ;-)
