I looked. He was sued. It was for not paying ppl (which was probably the money he paid in cash and employees then said they weren't paid) which he took care of the issue and guarantee that will not happen again. It was very minimal amounts and taken care of.
Look at his LinkedIn he is a very successful business man and IMO will continue to be. His focus is on this company now and anyone can buy a franchise which is pretty bad ass.
