...who know how to do the right thing when they mess up AND who know how to keep a customer. That, IMHO, is how long term business relationships are forged.
Yup. They apologized profusely and offered to do anything to make it right, including re-doing the whole job. That's the kind of vendor I want to keep around and to treat well. They'll treat us well.
