I have no way of knowing who decides to buy or sell when they do and under what conditions, except if they disclose it on a public thread like this.

However, I did ask Investor relations if you are correct and they informed me that you are not. Specifically, this is related to the bridge financing, which I think we all had figured already. Some of the shares being released to the financer(s) are restricted for 6 months and some are not. Chris at Investor Relations does not have copies of the terms, so did not know the specific details of what is restricted and what is not. It makes sense to me, that when we see large sells it is probably the financer, rather than investors who have given up. That is just a guess however.

BFLX finally broke .02's, .01's will likely be here soon enough. One item to learn in trading stocks, don't average down on a loser, but average up on one in an uptrend. BFLX may be at .000's in time.

On the point of stock manipulation, all stocks are manipulated, it is in the markets nature to do this.
