PST own shares in DGCO and IPEX (a couple of unprofitable Bulletin Board issues) as well as several non-public companies. At some point the non-Surgical Sponge holdings will spun off into another stock, leaving PST as strictly a manufacturer and seller of the the Laser based Surgical Sponge system.
