Rick, somewhere in the... new homeland securities act there is a law (so I think) that is about the underminding of companies in the U.S. Like to see it but dont know where to start. In essense it is a law that pertains to the terrorism that exist today (ZKEM is a good example) from manipulation by evil do'ers to run companies into the ground.
