You could give them an exclusive tagline to use as a testimonial for their first job for iHub:

"iHub, therefore I flub."

Just really hook us up with a good discount on the next thing we order."

I bet that would work well for the suggested Las Vegas Memorial "banned" (I Hubbed her Brains Out) tee-shirt -- at least as a starter.

I was not really suggesting that you have them reprint the whole batch and I agree that it would be a waste of 576 good tee-shirts. But, even with them suggesting it, it is good leverage (however it is used) for some other form of compensation, whether it is a current discount or a really good future "deal."

If they offered to rerun the whole thing, they must be some pretty decent folks. The offer alone (probably with breath held hoping you would not accept <g>) says a whole lot about them. If they give you a something or two in the future at cost, they will not have lost anything and it will likely get them a long term customer -- a win-win situation. Actually, are you sure they did not do it on purpose just for that?

Anyway, it was a relatively minor flaw in an otherwise really nice job.

Even though I have only seen the image and not the shirts, I agree. I would not have ordered several extras otherwise. But, I have not broken the news to wifey that these will replace the old, very worn "silicone" investor shirt. She hangs on to her "sleep" shirts the way guys hang on to old, comfortable, sometimes holy, underwear.

Edit: you really need to add "Hubbed" to the spell checker. Anytime you can turn your trademarked name into a verb, things are going pretty well.
