I don't see people clamoring for TEVE shares otherwise there'd be some trading going on. You might those shares a long time whether you like it or not. (unless the company goes private and forces you to sell at the price of their choosing.)

If the company calls your shares you don't have a choice.. They will be retired and if you don't want to sell them back they will have a fund that has the money to pay for them set side.. If you don't surrender they will be considered lost or not being found and after a specific period of time cxl.. The company must make every effort to pay for the shares but if they can't they have the right to cxl. them.. So if they go private all they have to do is protect and give the small shareholders what they give the large.. In one case that I was involved with we were able to find all except 1% of the outstanding shares and paid everyone off.. We then had a reverse of 1 for 100 shares and paid off the rest for a fractional share.. Then the company was private and the fund that was set up to pay for fractional shares came back to the company after 7 yrs.. hank
