Couple of points that might explain the lack of interest at these levels. To begin with production. News releases late last year suggested production would start in the first quater of this year. Not one card has been produced upto date and there has not been any news about the start up of production any time soon.( Only news was early this year about hiring of a manufactoring facility)
Secondly, the infringement issue. It has taken aprox 2 years to get to the Appeal Court decision. It appears in favour of SMME as far as contact cards is concerned. the next step will be a trial by jury, I imagine. No idea how long that can take but these legal processes always drag on for much longer than anticipated.
With all this uncertainty it is unlikely to see dramatic price changes in the near future.
I am quitly optimistic though but patience is the key as Pottsville mentioned some months ago.
