I think the biggest problem here is the share structure..stocks with large floats like this rarely get anywhere and if they do they never can hold it. even more concerning is when they need to raise capital again what are they going to do? (dont say they dont need to because even the largest companies raise capital like this instead of digging into their revenues..

I couldnt hold this stock and sleep at night..would be to afraid of a reverse split which Ive seen and had happened to me out of nowhere..you wake up to a split...lovely.
