correct, when the pps for HHSE is in down mode, it

rather peculiar that no chart displays the very, very obvious downtrend, which is bearish, or the 5-10 pps chart fallout====>never. Gee, I wonder why? Why display an HHSE PPS chart going back 2+ years, say the stock is bullish off the charts, when the direct opposite is transpiring. That is called false/misleading info, and I want to make sure the truth is dispalyed, not false/misleading info. off a 2 year chart.
