Why if you really think there is a massive short position in TEVE,, have your broker contact DCT and find out how many shares they hold.. Another way would to contact the company and ask them how many shares are in STREET NAME.. If they match you have no shorts as each share is accounted for.. hank
ANY shares bought by the company will futher dilute present shareholders.. The less in the hands makes outside shareholders less of a factor in any corporate decisions.. hsnk
