As for Baida, I wouldn't count them out yet. Nobody knows for sure. I posted a long time ago I will post what I personally find, good or bad. I tried too get in touch with someone at RCCH through their info@rcch.com email and noone answered back. I tried to find out both sides before posting.
newton needs to sell this shell to a legit business with the stipulation that there be no reverse split in first year after transaction. that would be our best hope it would appear. if he could do that, he could maintain a shred of respectability, but he probably wont, given his lack of integrity.
and yes, on the point of this deal whereby newton couldnt come up with the necessary funding, it would shoot the almost unlimited BAIDA funding thing in the foot (with near deadly force).
